Prior to the WSA Load Formers installation, Irani Indaiatuba operated their converting back-ends with labor intensive, low productivity solutions.  Approximately 2-3 workers were preparing product and the load building was being done by hand.  Every bundle was manually placed on floor level pallets, causing major physical stress on the assigned operators.

Today, with the advances in high speed converting machines, manual load building operations are no longer acceptable to modern box plants in the global market.  Physical demands, along with continual "bottleneck" conditions make manual operations impossible in high production settings.  The WSA standard load former installation allows for safe, operator-friendly atmosphere with the high production rates demanded of today’s box plants.  The Goettsch technical team was brilliant in their on-site installation coordination, with a seamless transition back to normal operation schedules.
