Plant Modernisation with 5-Color RDC
Full plant modernisation integrating a new 5-color high-graphics RDC with existing infrastructure and automation.
What we built
New-line replacement of multiple inefficient flat-bed die cutters in a Latin American box plant. Includes an automatic prefeeder, 5-color high-graphics all-servo rotary die cutter with chambered doctor blades, ink viscosity system, the latest drier and inline plate cleaning technology, high-efficiency stacker / bundle breaker, semi-automatic load former and floor conveyors fully integrated with existing lines.
