TW 7200 – Semi-Automatic Stitcher-Gluer

For Single and Two-Piece boxes, the TW 7200 accommodates solid board, single wall, double wall, and triple wall board and can stitch up to 250 cartons per hour (stitching speed of 750 c/min). This Stitcher can handle infeed flat boards up to 7200mm (283.46 inches), is run by only 1 operator and boasts a short 15 minute changeover time.

TO 6400 – Semi-Automatic Stitcher-Gluer

For single and two-piece boxes, the TO 6400 accommodates solid board, single-wall and double-wall corrugated board, and can stitch up to 250 cartons per hour (stitching speed of 700 stitches/minute). This stitcher can handle infeed flat boards up to 6400 mm (251.97 inches), is run by only 1 operator, and boasts a short 15-minute changeover time.

PAC 40/48 Fully Automatic Folder-Stitcher-Gluer

For Single piece boxes, this fully automatic stitcher-gluer runs at the dynamic speed of 1200 boxes per hour and with only 1 operator and boasts a short 15 minute changeover time. The PAC 40 or PAC 48 accommodates solid board, single wall, double wall and triple wall corrugated board and can stitch up to 1400 stitches/minute). This Stitcher can handle infeed flat boards from 6700mm (263.78 inches up to 7700mm (303.15 inches).
