Solarco BOXMATIC Manual

Semi-Automatic Corrugated Converting Machines

Easy to produce regular slotted boxes, pads and partitions. Fast set-ups and small production area to get one pass slotting, creasing, slitting (longitudinal and transversal) and multi-out production. The Easymatic is equipped with a manual feeding table and has the ability of adding an additional die-cutting section, the Easymatic DC version. Both versions are available to accommodate sheet widths of 1.8 m and 2.3 m.

Solarco BOXMATIC

Automatic Corrugated Converting Machines

This automatic BOXMATIC machine is ideal for the production of corrugated boxes, trays, partitions, and cut-outs with the option of additional die-cuts and flexo printing. You can also simply cut and crease corrugated sheets both crosswise and lengthwise. This automatic model includes either an automatic loading unit or an automatic loading unit from a pallet or pit. It can also be equipped with an automatic unloader onto a pallet. Available to accommodate 1.8 m, 2.3 m, and 2.5 m widths. The automatic BOXMATIC can also be equipped with two- or three-out production and up to three flexo print units. Machine programming and parameter settings are quick and easy with the PLC touch panel. The production of basic slotted boxes is possible from single-wall up to triple-wall board.

Semi-Automatic Corrugated Converting Machines

This model can perform transversal slotting, creasing, cutting, glue flap, and multi-out production. In the longitudinal direction, the Ecomatic can also do slitting, creasing, and multi-out production. With the DC version, an additional die-cut section can be added, which allows you to make handholes or other additional cuts lengthwise or crosswise. Process unlimited lengths of corrugated sheets from single to double wall due to the transversal cut-off (guillotine). The Ecomatic is also available to accommodate 2.8 m widths.
