The WSA Automatic Single Pallet Inserter for Finished Loads offers a high speed centralized palletizing solution for today’s modern box plants which ship their finished products on wooden, plastic, or corrugated pallets. The system features a Pallet Retrieval Robot which can handle six different pallet sizes automatically and is also available with an optional Bottom Sheet Insert system for handling sheet board. The WSA Single Pallet Inserter is designed to handle 120 units per hour.

Merge Style Pallet Inserter

The WSA Merge Style Pallet Inserter was designed for loading Sheet Board onto a Wooden or Plastic Pallet in a manner which ensures maximum load stability, precise placement of loads onto the pallets, and no damage to the bottom sheets. Normal size sheets are centered on the selected pallet size.  In the case of very long sheets, the system has the ability to load these onto two pallets. With the WSA Merge Style System, the Sheet Board will travel on Plastic Belt Conveyor up to a Front Stop Gate. The pallets will be introduced from underneath the plastic belt conveyor and will be aligned such that the load is placed squarely onto the pallet. At the merge transfer point, the WSA design features a tapered head pulley to minimize the drop distance between the sheets and the pallet. The Front Stop Gate doors follow the load at the transfer point and help further ensure maximum load stability.

Pallet Pusher Systems

The WSA Pallet Pusher System was designed for loading either Sheet Board or Finished Loads onto a Wooden or Plastic Pallet in a manner which ensures maximum load stability, precise placement of loads onto the pallet, and no damage to the bottom sheets. The design includes a sheet clamp system so that a bottom sheet can be inserted for Finished Loads and when using wooden pallets. The WSA Pallet Pusher System also includes a unique Load Stabilizer Arm which follows the Sheet Board or Finished Loads as they are transferred onto the pallets to help ensure maximum load stability. This allows us to use this design for all applications including the handling of very small sheets and boxes. Pallets are introduced to the transfer point via roller conveyor and are then secured up against the transfer point via a pusher bar. The Sheet Board or Finished Loads are then raised and subsequently pushed onto the pallet by a pusher bar. The Load Stabilizer Arm is synchronized to the pusher and ensures that the load is secured at all times.
